The horizontal axis divides the full seed range into 2,048 columns of 1,048,576 seeds, aligned to 2²⁰ boundaries. The vertical axis is the metric value, and each pixel’s shade is the exact number of seeds in that seed/value cell.
If seed position has no relationship with a metric, every column should look alike. Drift, bands, or repeated structures indicate real seed-position effects. Rasters are fetched on demand, so only the selected metric’s approximately 1.3 MB grid is downloaded.
